From the initial capture of over 120 shots of the new product range, we assisted Waitrose in colour managing and retouching all the assets to be utilised across the online and offline marketing materials and POS. We were also briefed to produce a 24pp print brochure and responsive digital version that could be accessed via mobile devices.
With over 120 shots of the new products, we managed and retouched all the images so they could initially be used as POS but also be repurposed for a print brochure and digital marketing campaign. Via Rhapsody’s online production management tool, eMagine, we were able to work together with the Waitrose in-house team to produce the assets and print brochure to the highest level within the timeframe allocated.
Once the print InDesign files were completed, the brochure was converted into responsive HTML5 templates using our ePublish digital publishing solution. The link was attached to an SMS and email marketing campaign sent out to all MyWaitrose members, enabling them to browse the new product line via mobile devices.
The imagery produced by the Rhapsody team is credited by Waitrose as being of exceptionally high quality. We successfully delivered this high-profile FMCG project for its launch in store in April 2016.
“I just wanted to let you know how delighted I was with the retouching and repro work that you did on all of the Waitrose1 photography. You pulled out all the stops to hit the deadline and did a wonderful job at making the imagery look truly delicious. You have a very talented team!”Sharon Davis, Manager, Graphic Design (Publications & POS), Waitrose Ltd
