Darren Ayles is the chief architect of Rhapsody’s workflow technologies. He is the driving force behind eMagine, which he developed from its earliest guise as a magazine flat-planning system into an award-winning, workflow system with over 4000 users. Darren works closely with the ePublish development team, supporting pilot trials with major consumer publishers. Darren has spent twenty-five years with the Rhapsody and Walstead group companies.

Peter has a passion for colour reproduction and photography and has more than 25 years experience across print and digital. He has built long-term relationships with Rhapsody’s clients, helping retailers, mail order companies and publishers expand into new digital channels, with a commitment to delivering the same high-quality colour standards as in traditional workflows. Since becoming Sales Director in 2003, Peter has also led the expansion of Rhapsody’s in-house studio into one of London’s leading spaces for advertising and mail order photography.

Lloyd has over 30 years experience in creative production and his expertise covers design, artworking and production for print and digital across all delivery channels. As a client-facing account director working with major brands and publishers, Lloyd has managed clients and creative production teams throughout EMEA, US and Asia-Pacific. He has extensive experience supporting clients with full service creative production auditing, the scoping and implementing of on-site satellite studios and migration to global production hubs.

He project manages Rhapsody’s internal operations and business development teams to ensure clients are on-boarded quickly and effectively.

His approach is to consult with clients to turn data into creative marketing ideas that can be implemented across customer acquisition, loyalty or reactivation campaigns. He has over 20 years background in marketing services, creative, merchandising and print and formally ran his own business development agency before joining Rhapsody.
